I’ve been visiting this physiotherapy clinic and my experience has been excellent. The entire staff is very professional and experienced. The vibe of the place is positive, calm and relaxing, which really helps during the sessions. One thing I really liked is that they give you a buzzer so you can call the staff anytime if you feel uncomfortable or want to adjust the machine’s intensity. They also have a separate area for exercise and rehab, which is a big plus. Dr. Priyanka Kalra is extremely chill and straightforward. She explains everything clearly and never exaggerates. On the very first day, she told me exactly what issue I was facing and what steps I needed to follow. Highly recommended! ~ tanshul u
Had a wonderful experience with my physiotherapy sessions at Health First. My therapy sessions were conducted by Manisha, who handled them like a true expert. She quickly identified the exact pain points and started the treatment with a combination of TENS machine therapy, laser therapy, manual cupping, and targeted pain-relief exercises. She also guided me very well on the do’s and don’ts to follow at home. Throughout the sessions, she was extremely cordial, calm, and professional. Dry needling was performed by Dr. Priyanka herself. While it may sound or look a little intimidating, the relief you feel afterward makes it absolutely worth it. Thanks to these sessions, I can already feel improvement and better core strength. I plan to continue these sessions while working from home to further build muscle strength and prevent recurring pain. ~ Naina R
I had a ankle injury and was on plaster for nearly 2 months as a result of which my foot was terribly stiff and not able to move when the plaster was removed. I was looking for a good physiotherapist who can not only provide a good service but also at my doorstep. I contacted Dr Priyanka through some reference and she attended my case very sincerely. I would also like to thank Dr Brajesh who showed excellent resilience in restoring my movement and I was able to walk very soon and comfortably.
