I’ve been visiting this physiotherapy clinic and my experience has been excellent. The entire staff is very professional and experienced. The vibe of the place is positive, calm and relaxing, which really helps during the sessions. One thing I really liked is that they give you a buzzer so you can call the staff anytime if you feel uncomfortable or want to adjust the machine’s intensity. They also have a separate area for exercise and rehab, which is a big plus. Dr. Priyanka Kalra is extremely chill and straightforward. She explains everything clearly and never exaggerates. On the very first day, she told me exactly what issue I was facing and what steps I needed to follow. Highly recommended! ~ tanshul u
Got treated for my diastasis recti and postpartum body ache by Dr. Kalra and her team and loved it! They were attentive to my issues, very encouraging, and most importantly, very warm. All the exercises were quite easy and effortlessly fit my rigorous schedule with my baby. I could feel and see the improvements in my body. I also liked that the doctor was transparent about the recovery pace and didn't commit to fake promises. If I am to be honest, I looked forward to my visits everyday and this is coming from someone who CAN'T stick to a routine for a very long time.
